The Train The Trainer (TTT) program exists to develop a growing network of trainers across the region. It aims to build expertise in both content and training philosophy, focusing on gospel centrality, adult learning principles, facilitation, communication, and delivering content in a way that’s clear, engaging, and locally relevant.

 

TTT participants are carefully selected. They are individuals who have not only been through our Intensives but also reflect our gospel DNA, and show potential to multiply impact through training. The program includes hands-on practice, peer learning, and ongoing feedback from experienced trainers.

 

The TTT equips leaders not just to teach, but to raise up others, fueling a scalable, sustainable movement of gospel-centered training across cities.
