Participant selection is based on the current City to City Asia Pacific criteria and in-depth interviews. The criteria represent the most important attributes for predicting success in church planter candidates. They are organized into three categories: Personal, Relational, and Ministry.
CTCAP will use an important assessment called the 16 Personality Factors (16PF) Test. The instrument has 185 questions and takes approximately 35 minutes to complete, resulting in a big picture personality profile (Global Factors: the big five) and a detailed profile (16 Primary Factors). This tool is widely used in employee selection, employee development, and clinical settings to explain and predict people’s behavior.
