APPLICATION process

Church Planters

The Intensive primarily focuses on individual church planters, partners, or teams who are in the initial processes of growing a church or ministry in an Asia-Pacific city. Church planters who are ready to apply gospel-centred principles and concepts to their building process and keen to join a global community of leaders are encouraged to apply for the Intensive.

Assessment for Church Planters

City to City Asia Pacific will use an important assessment called the 16 Personality Factors (16PF) Test* to gauge applicants’ suitability for the Intensive. The instrument has 185 questions and takes approximately 35 minutes to complete, resulting in a big-picture personality profile as well as a detailed profile. The 16PF is a tool used to get to know applicants, uncover their strengths, and highlight potential challenges that may surface while church planting. This will help us discern if it is the right time for the applicant to go through the Intensive.

Observers

Other ministry-minded individuals are invited to join the Intensive as observers. While they may not necessarily be looking to plant a church in the near future, CTCAP welcomes participation from other Christians actively serving and looking to grow in a ministry capacity.

APPLICATION PERIOD

The application period for the upcoming Intensive will open on 20 March and close on 31 May (for church planters) and 28 June (for observers).

If you would like to attend the Intensive, you may register your interest here. We will connect you with a City to City’s Movement Leader to get to know you and set you in the recruitment process.

Once you are recommended by the Movement Leader, we will invite you to apply for the Intensive.
