WHAT IS AN INCUBATOR?
The core idea of an Incubator revolves around cultivating a supportive and nurturing environment for church planters and leaders in the early stages of ministry, providing them the ideal conditions to mature and thrive.
The Incubator aims to gather a single cohort of church planters and leaders in a city in the span 12-24 months. The cohort will go through core CTCAP training modules supplemented by gospel community exercises and practical ministry application projects. Beginning with a strong theological foundations of gospel ministry, these modules move toward increasingly complex leadership topics that follow the typical lifecycle of a new church.
This program is a suitable environment to support church planters and leaders in the formative years of ministry. It provides ongoing training that is local, contextual, and practical.
