MASSIMO GEI (KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA)

TOPIC 1: RENEWAL FRAMEWORK

Massimo is the Executive Director of Gospel City Network, the CTCAP affiliate in Malaysia, and a trainer with CTCAP. He also serves as an elder at Gospel City Church, which he co-planted in 2017.
 

Born in Melaka to a Malaysian-Italian family, Massimo grew up in six countries. Before coming to faith, he worked in sales and marketing, later pursuing theological studies and entering full-time ministry.
 

He is married to Gloria, a director at one of the Big Four accounting firms, and they have one daughter. Together, they are passionate about helping young professionals live out their faith in the city.

ANDREW KATAY (SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA)

TOPIC 2: HEART CHANGE

Andrew serves with City to City Australia, working across denominations to help spark gospel movements in cities—a passion that drives him. He is a lead trainer with CTCAP and Senior Minister of Christ Church Inner West, a multi-site church in Sydney, where he has served for over a decade.
 

With a background in university ministry and as a former chaplain at Sydney University, Andrew brings rich pastoral experience. He is married to Catriona, and they have three adult children. He’s energized by sharing the gospel, witnessing God’s grace in the church and wider community—and playing golf.

HUAI TZE TAN (SINGAPORE)

TOPIC 3: IDOLATRY

Tze is the lead pastor of One Covenant Church in Singapore, which he planted in 2016, and serves as a trainer with CTCAP. He is passionate about preaching Christ from all of Scripture and connecting the gospel to everyday life.

Originally from Malaysia, Tze previously worked with Singapore’s Ministry of Trade and Industry and in IT consulting at Accenture. He lives in Singapore with his wife, Cindy, and their two daughters.

MISSY WALLACE (NASHVILLE, USA)

TOPIC 4: FAITH | TOPIC 7: INTO THE WORLD

Missy is the founder and leader of the Nashville Institute for Faith and Work. Her passion for integrating faith and work grew out of over two decades in both corporate and nonprofit sectors.

​

She has held roles at Bank of America, The Boston Consulting Group (across several global cities), Time Warner, and Ensworth School, where she spent a decade in marketing, admissions, and college counseling. With a unique blend of corporate insight, theological focus, and nonprofit experience, Missy helps others bridge the sacred-secular divide.

​

She holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School. Missy lives in Nashville with her husband, three teenagers, and their dogs.

ANAND MAHADEVAN (MUMBAI, INDIA)

TOPIC 5: REPENTANCE | TOPIC 6: SONSHIP

Anand is the Training Director at CTCAP and the lead planter of New City Church in Mumbai, which seeks to help professionals love Jesus more. He is bi-vocational, combining his church ministry with a long-standing career in media, having held senior roles at Businessworld, Outlook Business, and The Economic Times.

He is also the author of Grace of God and Flaws of Men. Anand lives in Mumbai with his wife, Ajitha, and their two children.
